Refund Policy

Cosmic Stories delivers personalised digital content. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, §356 BGB), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once a digital product has been delivered and the consumer has consented to this at checkout.

However, we offer a goodwill refund on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • Your reading was not generated due to a technical error on our side.
  • You were charged but never received access to your full reading.
  • You contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order details.

Refunds are not granted for personalised readings that were successfully generated and accessed, as the digital service has been fully rendered.

How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps carefully. Incomplete requests may delay processing.

    Email vasili@cekask.in with the subject line "Refund Request — cosmicstory.net" and include all details from step 2. Requests without sufficient information cannot be processed.

    We will review your request within 5–10 business days. We may ask follow-up questions to verify the issue. Please respond promptly to avoid delays.

    If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method (Stripe/card) within 14 calendar days of approval. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.

Frequently Asked Questions

My reading shows only the first chapter — did my payment go through?

Readings are generated asynchronously after payment. Please wait up to 2 minutes and reload the page. If the remaining chapters still do not appear after 5 minutes, contact us with your reading URL.

I paid but was redirected to the wrong page.

Your payment was likely still processed. Check your email for a Stripe receipt. If you have a receipt but cannot access your full reading, contact us and we will locate your reading manually.

Can I get a refund if I simply did not like the reading?

Our readings are AI-generated based on your astrological data and are unique to you. As with all personalised digital content, we cannot offer refunds for subjective dissatisfaction once the service has been delivered.

How long does a refund take to appear on my card?

Once we initiate the refund via Stripe, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer.
